I run community for MapleStory Worlds at Nexon America. Basically, I help creators make better games and help players find the fun ones. I also handle the day-to-day: volunteer mod team, announcements, creator/player support, and promos when a World is ready to spotlight.

• Own community strategy and operations for MSW; manage official Discord and volunteer moderators.

• Design/run programs: livestreaming, contests, AMAs, and spotlights.

• Translate community sentiment and KPIs into actionable feedback for product and content teams.

• Partner with marketing on trailers and campaigns to drive discovery of high-quality Worlds.
